If I got to choose, this first "conversation" would be over coffee or tea. We would sit somewhere comfortable and get to know each other. I would ask you questions about your life and answer any of yours about mine.
Since you found me here, though, let me assure you that I am so glad you are here. I am writing this message personally and intentionally to welcome you into my "space" even if we are not actually talking yet.
I hope this page carries the same experience as my actual space, warm, inviting and ready for connection.
I am Bekah, and I hope this is just one connection among many for us. I am a coach and writer with the heart of a sister and the voice of an encouraging friend. Even if we haven't met yet, I am cheering you on as you navigate the many life transitions of your thirties, forties and beyond.
If you find yourself in need of support, I would be honored to walk a while with you.
You don’t need to become someone new.
You need space to remember who you already are.
Midlife is not a breakdown. It’s a re-alignment.
God is not far away from your confusion. He is present in it.
Clarity doesn’t come from pressure. It comes from presence.
And your life is not behind schedule.
I work with midlife women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next in a season of transition.
Together, we slow things down enough to see clearly again.
Through a guided, personalized process, we explore:
identity and calling
boundaries and alignment
beliefs that feel heavy or confusing
vision for this season
practical next steps
This is not about pushing harder.
It’s about realignment from the inside out.

You won’t be rushed here.
You won’t be treated like a project to fix.
And you won’t be handed a formula that ignores your real life, your faith, or your season.
We create space for your real life first.
Then we move forward from there.
I care deeply about the women I work with.
Not just their goals… but their peace.
Their families. Their creativity. Their sense of being grounded in God again.
I know what it feels like to wonder if you’ve drifted too far from yourself to find your way back.
And I also know what happens when you finally stop trying to fix everything alone.
Things begin to come back into focus.
Not all at once.
But enough to take the next step.
If something in you feels like it’s waking up again…
You don’t have to ignore it.
You can start here.
